To stop receiving promotional emails from us, please use the "unsubscribe" link that is located at the bottom of all our promotional emails. To stop receiving text messages from us, please reply with the word "STOP" and our automated system will confirm your opt-out.

Alternatively, you can use the navigation menu on our website to navigate to Giveaway > Login To Your Account.

To create an account, please use the navigation menu on our website and navigate to Giveaway > Login To Your Account. From there, you can sign up for an account. Make sure to use your same email address or you will not see your past orders, entries, subscriptions, etc.

If you are unable to login or view your past orders, it's likely under a different email address. This typically happens when using autofill to fill in your information. We recommend checking another email address such as one linked to your Apple ID. If you need help adjusting your email address on file, please use the last option in this form to contact us via email.

If you did not receive a password reset email, please first check your promotion/spam folders within your email app. If you do not see it in your promotion/spam folders, it's likely that your email address was mistyped during your order or account creation and it’s stored under a different email address. We recommend checking another email address such as one linked to your Apple ID/ AutoFill. If you still can’t find it, please use the last option in this form to contact us via email.

You can download your digital wallpapers directly from your order confirmation page.

Alternatively, you will receive an email immediately after your purchase with a download link for your digital wallpapers.

The winner must: - Be at least 18 years old - Be a legal resident of the USA or CAN - Have a valid driver's license at the time of winning

You will receive a phone call (Android) or Facetime (iPhone) from our team directly. The video will be uploaded to our website and all of our social media pages. You will NOT be contacted on social media by us. If you receive an Instagram DM saying you won, IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT SEND ANYONE MONEY! We will not ask you to pay us, to pay for shipping, to pay for taxes, to pay filing fees, etc. If someone reaches out to you and asks you to send money of any kind to anyone, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
